The Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation (BGC), together with BOOM Concepts, is developing a new five-year strategic plan for the Penn Avenue Arts and Commercial District, which spans from Mathilda Street to Negley Avenue.
To help in the development of this new strategic plan, we’re convening a Community Listening Session to hear input from the wide Penn Avenue Arts and Commercial District Community.

We’re hosting an in-person session Thursday, August 7, 2025 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Irma Freeman Center (5006 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15224). Please complete the registration form below to let us know you’ll be there.
The in-person session will include refreshments, giveaways from Penn Avenue businesses, childcare, and music!
